Meet Val

Before becoming an energy healer, Val earned a bachelor's degree in non-profit administration, spent many years in the bridal world and tried her hand at a vintage clothing business. It took years of deep healing and a profound spiritual awakening to discover what her soul purpose was. Val has always had a passion for helping people and the planet, and energy work is a way to do that on a much grander scale.

Her Reiki training allows her to connect deeply with clients and remove energetic blockages they may have. Val is trauma informed, sensitive and highly empathetic to her clients needs. She loves being a conduit for Reiki energy that allows the healing needed for their best and highest good. 

Val has specialized training as an Earth Tender which gives her additional healing tools and insight to benefit her clients. She's currently taking a training by Charlie Goldsmith to target chronic pain challenges.

Val completed the Earth Tenders Academy and is an active member, she's had a spiritual mentorship with Nichole Bigley and is certified in Holy Fire® Reiki Level II.
